Overview
Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted unless expressly approved in writing by C3 Automation. Approved cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge of USD 250.00 or 25% of the order value, whichever is higher.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied by C3 Automation. Any return request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods and must include relevant supporting documentation or photographs.
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Be returned only after receiving written authorization from C3 Automation.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved by C3 Automation. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, bank charges, and other related fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of C3 Automation.
Shipping & Customs Charges
Any changes, increases, or additional shipping, freight, customs duties, taxes, or related charges imposed after order confirmation shall be the responsibility of the buyer/customer.
Delivery
Delivery of goods is subject to receipt of full payment and successful clearance of funds into the Company’s designated bank account.
